  • Guest：这间公寓最大的优点在于地理位置优越，交通与饮食都十分便利。周边餐厅林立，还有一家 Coles 超市，步行不到一分钟即可到达电车站和火车站，步行 20分钟左右也能轻松到达许多CBD内游客必访的景点和商场。 公寓大厦入口设有两道电子锁才能进入电梯大堂，整体安全感不错。房间面向 Coles，虽然可以看见对面建筑内的人物活动，但距离适中，并不感到压迫。不过，由于公寓位于繁忙街道上，关窗后仍难免听到一些人和交通的噪音。 公寓仅有一间卧室，清洁程度尚可，基本住宿设备齐全。但有些细节房东若能改善，将更能提升住客体验。例如：吹风机似乎只是旅行用的轻便型、未提供洗衣液、空调仅客厅有而卧室没有（我于冬季入住因此影响不大）、部分煎锅已经烧焦、香草调味料和黑胡椒结块无法使用，以及抽油烟机无法正常运作。
